Now, clients have one more choice! Meet our new ombré technique for lips!

Currently, the Eye Design team is obsessing over the 1990s-inspired look our Master Nadia Afanaseva gave Daniela, one of our Senior Techs. When combined with a dark outline and softly shaded corners, the bright center shade pops even more than it would on its own. It leaves the client with a fashionable lip look that has the appearance of makeup.

Unlike traditional makeup, however, Eye Design’s semi-permanent lip makeup lasts approximately 12 to 15 months. There is no smudging or fading throughout the day–and no need for constant reapplications or fussing! Instead, our work fades naturally over time. Your lips will never turn an unnatural color, as opposed to permanent makeup of the past.

Eye Design uses only safe, hypoallergenic pigments during all of our semi-permanent beauty procedures. While traditional tattoos are placed deep into the skin, our technicians place pigment slightly under the epidermis, the top layer of the skin. Not only does this help the pigment to fade naturally over time, but it also allows the colors to remain true. The pigments do not turn blue/gray or ashy under the skin. Our technicians work hard to find, develop and test pigments for months before ever using them on clients or models!
